This Privacy Policy governs the processing of personal data through the dxter.ai website and the app.dxter.ai application.

Data we process

Depending on how you interact with DxTER, we may process the following categories of data:

• Contact data: name, company, email address and any information included in an enquiry or demo request.
• Account and organisation data: information required to create and manage users, organisations, permissions and application access.
• Usage and security data: technical information required for operation, authentication, session management, security, abuse prevention and incident diagnosis.
• Billing and contractual data: where there is a commercial relationship with your organisation.
• Analytics data: information about the use of the website and application obtained through Google Analytics 4 where the user has given consent.

Experimental data, projects and results entered into DxTER are processed in order to provide the contracted service and remain associated with the corresponding organisation.

Purposes and legal basis

We process personal data for the following purposes:

• Responding to enquiries, information requests or demo requests. The legal basis is your consent and, where applicable, taking pre-contractual steps at your request.
• Creating and managing user accounts and providing DxTER. The legal basis is performance of the contractual relationship with the customer organisation and provision of the requested service.
• Managing billing, administration and legal obligations. The legal basis is the contractual relationship and compliance with applicable legal obligations.
• Ensuring service security and proper operation. The legal basis is performance of the service and our legitimate interest in protecting the platform, preventing misuse and resolving incidents.
• Analysing and improving the website and application. Where non-essential analytics cookies or technologies are used, the legal basis is the user's consent.
• Sending commercial communications or DxTER updates. These will only be sent where there is a lawful basis and, where required, prior consent.

Recipients and service providers

We do not sell your personal data. It may only be accessed by service providers required to operate and maintain DxTER, acting where applicable as data processors and subject to appropriate confidentiality and data protection obligations.

These providers may include hosting and infrastructure services, technical support, communications, security, billing and, where you have consented to analytics, Google Analytics 4.

We may also disclose information where required by law or where necessary to respond to requests from competent authorities.

International transfers

Some technology providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, the safeguards required by data protection law will be applied, such as adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses or other legally recognised mechanisms.

We will retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected and to meet legal obligations or potential liabilities arising from the processing.

• Enquiries and requests will be retained for the time required to handle them and thereafter for the applicable legal periods.
• Data associated with accounts, organisations and contracts will be retained while the customer relationship remains active and, once it ends, for the periods required to meet legal, tax, contractual or potential claims obligations.
• Data processed for marketing purposes will be retained until you withdraw your consent or object where applicable.
• Information obtained through cookies and analytics tools will be retained for the periods described in the Cookie Policy and according to the configuration applied.

DxTER uses cookies and similar technologies for the technical operation of the service and, where authorised by the user, for analytics through Google Analytics 4.

Your rights

Where applicable, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability, and you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

THENEXTPANGEA S.L. applies technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against loss, alteration, unauthorised access, disclosure or improper processing, taking into account the nature of the information, the context of the processing and the associated risks.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy where necessary to reflect changes to DxTER, our processing activities or applicable law. The version published on this page will be the version in force at any given time.
